The P4 model of Public-Private-People’s Partnership is the key force behind rural transformation through Total Village Management (TVM), which is enabling people to fulfil their potential and helping them to help themselves. Gramin Vikash Pragati kendra relies on the approach of “Quality Circles” or “Problem Solving Groups” within the villages who identify problems themselves, find root cause of the problem, and implement interventions in a timely, effective and efficient fashion by the people themselves.
